On 25.07.2025 a session was organized on the title “Developing Innovative Socially relevant and Scalable projects targeting Tribals for their Economic Empowerment” by the Entrepreneurship Development Cell and IIC through offline mode in association with Department of Management Studies. The session was handled by Dr.D.Hepzibah Vinsyah Jeyaseeli, Assistant Professor/MBA, Department of Management Studies, Francis Xavier Engineering College. 41 II year MBA students and 1 faculty participated in the program. This event was coordinated by Dr.V.M.Sangeetha, Assistant Professor, Department of MBA, Francis Xavier Engineering College.
Key Highlights: This lecture focuses on empowering Kani tribes in Tirunelveli, Kanyakumari, and Thiruvananthapuram forest belts through inclusive development and forest-based livelihoods like traditional medicine, honey collection, and organic farming. Problem Statement
