Guest Lecture Report

The Department of MCA organized a Guest Lecture on the topic “Communicate to Elevate: Your Blueprint for Influence and Success”. The session was delivered by the resource person Mrs. N. Sahana, AP/MCA, who emphasized the importance of effective communication as a vital skill for personal and professional growth.During the lecture, the resource person highlighted how strong communication skills help individuals build confidence, enhance teamwork, and achieve success in their careers. She also stressed the importance of expressing oneself confidently in front of company members and colleagues, especially in professional environments.Mrs. Sahana shared practical tips on developing communication abilities, including active listening, clear articulation, body language, and presentation techniques. She motivated students to overcome stage fear and engage effectively during interviews and workplace discussions.The session was insightful and interactive, encouraging students to practice communication as a daily habit to improve their influence and success in the future.The event was successfully conducted under the coordination of Mrs. K.
