HR CONCLAVE 2026

FXEC Department of Management Studies organized HR Conclave 2026 on 30th January, 2026 at the MBA Seminar Hall from 10.00 AM to 4.00 PM with the objective of providing a common platform for academicians, industry professionals, and students to deliberate on emerging trends, challenges, and best practices in Human Resource Management. The programme commenced with a keynote address by Mr. V. Senthil Kumar, HR Manager, Tuticorin Alkali Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited, who highlighted contemporary HR practices, workforce challenges, and the evolving strategic role of HR in a rapidly changing business environment. This was followed by an insightful panel discussion featuring eminent HR professionals including Dr. Benita (Bezohminds), Mr. Berin Abraham P (Jacobi Group), Ms. Malini (Data Sirpi), Ms. Jonna Hanani (Sathya Infotech), Mr. M. Vignesh (Honey Bill Software), and Mr. Joshua Haynes (Icanio Technologies), who shared real-time industry experiences and future perspectives on talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR analytics, digital transformation, and industry readiness among management graduates.

The conclave witnessed enthusiastic participation from MBA students and faculty members, fostering meaningful interaction between academia and industry. Students actively engaged with the panelists and gained valuable exposure to real-world HR scenarios and career opportunities in the field. The programme resulted in strengthened industry–academia collaboration, improved understanding of current HR trends, awareness of professional challenges, and enhanced insight into industry expectations.
