IEEE PROFESSIONAL SOCIETY OF ECE DEPARTMENT INTER-DEPARTMENT PAPER PRESENTATION REPORT

An IEEE professional society and ECORAL’s Association of the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering conducted an Inter-departmental Paper Presentation contest on August 06, 2025, between 1.30 p.m. to 04.00 p.m. in the Communication lab, ECE Department, Francis Xavier Engineering College. The event brought together students from various departments. The presentation has fostered an environment of interdisciplinary learning and collaboration. The presentation featured 12 students, who showcased their cutting-edge ideas across multiple disciplines relevant to intelligent sensors and systems in machine vision and control, robotics & machine learning, and their application towards cyber security and logistics processes. etc. Dr. V. R. S. Mani, Professor/ECE chaired as judges. The event was skillfully coordinated by Mrs. E. Francy Irudaya Rani, AP/ECE, under the guidance of the esteemed Prof. J. Friska, HOD/ECE.
