On 29th August, 2025, a National Seminar was organized by the Department of MA – HRM, St. Mary’s College, Tuticorin. Dr. D. Annie Rose Nirmala, Assistant Professor & Head, Department of Management Studies, Francis Xavier Engineering College, served as one of the resource persons and delivered a session on the topic *“The Power of People Analytics: Redefining HR Strategy in the Digital Era.”*
The session explored data-driven HR strategies and the role of artificial intelligence in shaping future workplace decisions. The program encouraged participants to adopt analytical tools for talent management and organizational growth. The seminar concluded with interactive discussions that emphasized evidence-based HR practices for sustainable business success.
