PLACEMENT FIT TRAINING

The MBA Department organized a two-day Placement Fit Training program on 20.08.2025 & 21.08.2025 focusing on Quantitative Aptitude, aimed at preparing students for the rigorous selection processes of corporate recruiters.

The training sessions were designed to enhance problem-solving abilities, logical thinking, and numerical proficiency—skills that are essential not only for campus placement tests but also for managerial decision-making. Students were exposed to a wide range of topics including arithmetic, algebra, data interpretation, number systems, and modern problem-solving techniques. Through a blend of conceptual teaching, practice exercises, and mock tests, the program provided students with strategies to approach aptitude questions with speed and accuracy. The trainers also shared practical tips on time management and test-taking techniques, enabling participants to handle high-pressure assessment scenarios effectively.

The interactive sessions encouraged active participation, doubt clarification, and peer-to-peer learning.
