The Department of MCA organised an IoT Project Expo for final-year MCA students on October 15, 2025. The event aimed to encourage innovation and practical application of IoT concepts through student-developed projects.
The expo commenced with a prayer led by Mrs. D. Angeline Ranjithamani, HOD/MCA, followed by an inspiring address highlighting the significance of Internet of Things in today’s digital world. A total of nine teams participated, each presenting innovative projects under nine different IoT-based themes, showcasing creativity, technical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
The jury panel for the event was Dr. Jainul Fathima, Head of the Department of AIML, who evaluated the projects based on innovation, implementation, and presentation. After careful assessment, the first prize was shared by two outstanding teams for their exceptional performance and innovative ideas.
The entire event was coordinated by Dr. J. Anciline Jenifer, AP/MCA, who ensured the smooth and successful conduct of the program. The IoT Project Expo provided a valuable platform for students to demonstrate their technical expertise and teamwork while inspiring others to pursue research and innovation in emerging technologies.
