FXEC Department of Management Studies organized a workshop on “Digital Marketing” for MBA students on 28th February 2026 at the MBA Lab. The objective of the programme was to provide practical exposure to modern digital marketing tools and techniques, enabling students to understand their real-time applications in business growth and online branding. The session was conducted by Mr. Kaja Mohideen K., Digital Marketing and SEO Analyst, Founder & CEO of DIGICUZ IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The resource person provided hands-on guidance on utilizing Google My Business to promote local and family businesses online, enhancing visibility and customer outreach. He also demonstrated the creation and management of professional Facebook pages, emphasizing their significance in social media marketing and brand engagement. An interesting segment of the workshop introduced AI-based tools from labs.google.com, where students learned to generate graphic designs, images, and videos using simple prompts, highlighting the expanding role of artificial intelligence in digital content creation.

The speaker demonstrated the effective use of Keyword Planner to analyze market trends and identify current economic demand, enabling data-driven marketing decisions. He elaborated on the three key components of digital marketing—Performance, Growth, and Funnel—and explained how each stage contributes to business success. The session also included practical insights on building websites without coding using platforms such as ThemeForest, including SSL-certified paid website solutions, and leveraging design tools like Canva Pro to enhance marketing creatives. The workshop was highly interactive, with students actively participating and clarifying their doubts regarding digital tools and online marketing strategies. The event was coordinated by Mrs. M. Thanalakshmi, AP/MBA with the guidance of Dr. D. Annie Rose Nirmala, HOD/MBA.
