Industrial Visit

On 03.02.2023, a total of 53 Civil Engineering department students went to Aurora Associates, RMC Plant Tuticorin. Mr. Balaji, the plant in charge, welcomed the students and explained the working concepts of the German technology adopted in the M1T Schwing Stetter RMC mixer machine. He also explained the following things which they follow in their unit such as the procurement of cement and raw materials, Control mechanics of RMC, Quality assurance, Production rate, Admixture dosage and benefits, Loading and unloading in transit mixer. The students were allowed to interact with Mr. Boopathi, CEO of Aurora Associates. He explained about the future careers in RMC and marketing strategies. The students interacted with him enthusiastically throughout the session.
