Winners of Various Contests

The students of Embedded and IoT Industrial Applied Lab A.Donal II ECE A, M.Thangavel II ECE B, S.Kathirkamavel II ECE A participated in the "Project Olympia Contest" organized by Velammal College of Engineering and won the First Prize with a cash award for the project "IoT Based Smart Fishery Feeder" .

Anto Joel (III Year CSE) of Programming and Coding Lab and Anto Ajay Sharma (III Year CSE) of Next Generation Computing Lab, won the first place in Idea Presentation Contest and received Rs. 1000 cash prize in the Mectonz 22 event held at National Engineering College. The students presented their idea on the topic “Block chain to track and maintain the adulteration of food source”. In this project the students created a theoretical yet implementable solution to find the adulteration in food material to avoid the health issues.

Five batches of Students from Innovation and Product Development Applied Lab participated in “Mectonz 22” a project contest organized at National Engineering College, Kovilpatti on 15.10.22 and won the First prize. Technical Quiz - First Prize- S.Shibin, Shirapathi and Niswin Akash (Design & Analysis Lab). Treasure Hunt - First prize- S.Shibin, Niswin Akash (Design & Analysis Lab) and other students received Participation certificates for the events Weld war, Water rocketry, Connection, Project and paper presentation. The participants are B.Vignesh, S.Shibin, S.Sanjay, Shirapathi, Vashikaran, Nagarajan, Rama Krishnan, Niswin Akash (Design lab) and Venkatesh Perumal.
