The Department Association, "SPARKLE" plays a vital role in connecting the staff and students to the rest of the business world. SPARKLE organizes students' development activities aiming at development of their IQ, Emotional Quotient & Spiritual Quotient. AS the Association believes that Leadership is transformational, it organizes various programmes to transform the students not simply into managers, but as leaders. Many programmes connected to the mission have recently been conducted at FXDoMS.
