On 26.10.23, students from class 11th and 12th standard of Sankari Matric Hr. Sec. School, Devarkulam visited Francis Xavier Engineering College and FXDoMS and explored various skills. During the afternoon session, students underwent a session on Goal Setting which was handled by Aji Sabesta.J and Iswarya. M of II MBA. During the session, school students were given a clear outline about what is goal setting, types of goal setting, Smart goals and various steps to achieve the goal. At the end of the session, school students were given an activity sheet to fill in their goals and the steps they are going to take to achieve their goals. The session was coordinated by Mrs. V.
