Alumni Induction Report

The Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Francis Xavier Engineering College organized the Alumni Induction Programme for the outgoing batch of 2025 on 16th April 2025. Dr. G. Aravind Swaminathan, Head of the Department of CSE, extended a warm welcome to the newly passed-out students. He shared fond memories from his own college days and encouraged the students to uphold strong moral values as they embark on their professional journeys. Dr. R. Ravi inspired the students by recounting his life experiences, emphasizing the importance of continuous skill development and personal growth. He motivated the students to remain positive and strive for excellence. Dr. E. Manohar advised the students to stay connected with their batchmates throughout their lives, stressing the value of long-lasting friendships and professional networks. He encouraged the unplaced students to persevere and keep working towards their goals. He also proposed the idea of fixing an annual date for reunions. Furthermore, he highlighted the activities of the FX Alumni Association and invited the students to actively participate in its initiatives. Mrs. Muthulakshmi urged the students to seek meaningful job opportunities and expressed her gratitude to the graduating batch for their contributions to the department. The event concluded with a prayer led by Mrs. J. Priskilla Angel Rani, marking the end of a memorable gathering. The programme was meticulously organized by Dr. E. Manohar under the guidance of Dr. G. Aravind Swaminathan.
