On 27.01.2026 an alumni interaction was conducted by the Department of Computer Science and Engineering. The Session was handled by Ms.Usha Gomathi, Junior AI Engineer,Outlier’s Technology from 12PM TO 1PM.61 students and 1faculties participated. This event was coordinated by Ms.A.Suba AP/CSE

The program started with the welcome address by Ms.A.Suba AP/CSE ,Francis Xavier Engineering College. The Guest speaker commenced with the talk ."Alumni Interaction: -“Digital Transformation through Emerging Technologies”.It was an inspiring session where former students, shared her idea about concept of digital transformation and how organizations adopt emerging technologies to improve productivity, efficiency, and customer experience. Key technologies discussed included Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), Cloud Computing, Big Data Analytics, Blockchain, and Cybersecurity. Real-time examples from manufacturing, healthcare, banking, education, and smart cities were shared to illustrate how digital solutions optimize business processes. The Alumni Interaction Program was informative and inspiring, offering valuable exposure to digital transformation trends and practical applications of emerging technologies. The department expressed gratitude to the alumni for sharing their expertise and guiding students toward future-ready careers.

Overall, the alumni event was a resounding success, marked by meaningful exchanges, shared experiences, and the strengthening of our community bonds. The feedback received from both alumni and students has been overwhelmingly positive, reflecting the event's impact in inspiring our students and providing them with practical insights and encouragement as they navigate their academic and professional paths.
