Become a Student Entrepreneur and Earn While Learn

On 8.09.2023 an Expert Talk on "Become a Student Entrepreneur and Earn While Learn" was organized by the Entrepreneurship Development Cell and IIC in association with the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. The session was handled by Mr. V. Ram Sankar, Aaram Engineering Solution, Tirunelveli from 09.30 AM – 12.30 PM. 41 students and 2 faculties participated. This event was coordinated by Mrs. M. Mary Sumitha AP/EEE. This event was conducted with the guidance of Dr. Lourdes Poobala Rayen, EDC Director.

The program started with the welcome address by Dr. A. Ravi, Head of the Department, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Francis Xavier Engineering College. He started his welcome address by explaining the activities of IIC. He said entrepreneurship, startup, innovation and Intellectual Property rights are the major themes of IIC. He introduced our resource person Mr. V. Ram Sankar, Aaram Engineering Solution, Tirunelveli. The guest speaker Mr. R. V. Ram Sankar started his speech by explaining the importance of entrepreneurship and the importance entrepreneurship. The guest speaker being the designer of the indigenous machineries, he asked the participants to automate the manual methods and design the innovative machinery. He also highlighted the opportunities for the engineering graduates to develop startup. The participants raised some questions to the guest speaker and he answered all the queries with suitable examples.
