On 09.02.2024 a Workshop on "Concentrating on the importance of Adaptive Thinking and Ability in Business" was organized by the Entrepreneurship Development Cell and IIC in association with the Department of Information Technology. The session was handled by Dr. M. Caroline Viola Stella Mary, ERP Head, Professor - Department of Information Technology Engineering, Francis Xavier Engineering College, Tirunelveli from 2.00 PM-4.00 PM. 48 students and 2 faculties participated. This event was coordinated by Mr. F. Richard Singh Samuel AP/IT.

The program started with the welcome address by Mr. F. Richard Singh Samuel AP/IT, Francis Xavier Engineering College. The Guest speaker Dr. M. Caroline Viola Stella Mary set the stage with a compelling narrative on the power of innovation in driving business success. She delved into the heart of entrepreneurship, emphasizing the importance of vision, perseverance, and the willingness to embrace failure as a stepping stone to greatness. She discusses the critical role of customer-centric thinking and explored the concept of building a product or service not just with the customer in mind but with the customer at the center of every decision. This session was rich with examples of how successful startups listened to their customers, adapted their offerings, and in doing so, carved out niches in crowded markets.

The conversation then was shifted towards the technological front; she highlighted how emerging technologies can be leveraged to disrupt traditional industries. She provided a fascinating overview of how artificial intelligence, blockchain, and other digital innovations are shaping the future of business. She challenged attendees to think beyond profits and consider how their ventures could address societal issues "Concentrating of the Importance of Adaptive Thinking and Ability in Business" was an invigorating event. Her talks were not just lectures but conversations that sparked ideas, ignited passions, and encouraged the next generation of entrepreneurs to pursue their dreams with conviction and courage.
