Connect with Work-Personality Development Training

On behalf of Placement and Skills Development, FXEC has organized a 5 days training program on "Connect with Work” Personality Development Training from 10.07.2023 to 14.07.2023 for the benefit of Final year ECE department students by the training company RUBICON Skill Development Pvt. Limited, Pune. Ms.Tahnuja Ghonekar, Team Lead – Institution Business Rubicon – Barclay, Mr. R.K.Kannan, Soft Skill Trainer and Mrs. Kumutha, Soft Skill Trainer, were the Industry Experts Trainers. The Topics covered in the training session are Expectation Setting, Ice Breaking, Organizational Structure, SWOT Analysis, Corporate Jargons, Public Speaking, Presentation Skills, E-Mail Etiquette, Grooming, Body Language, Telephonic Etiquette, Group Discussion and Personal Interview. Under the guidance of Dr.S.Balaji, Director/Skill Development and Mrs.J.Friska, HOD/ECE, the coordinators Dr.M.V.Rajee, AP/ECE, Ms. Sherlin Leela Princy, AP/ECE and Dr.S.Allwin Devaraj, AP/ECE organized the training programme.
