On 6.12.2024 a session on " Driving Business Growth through Technical Innovation” was organized by the Entrepreneurship Development Cell and IIC in association with the Department of CSE. This session was handled by Mrs.J.Doulas AP/CSE, Francis Xavier Engineering College. Fifty seven students from first-year CSE and one faculty of CSE Department participated in the program. The program was coordinated by Mrs.D.Elizabeth Paulsyah, Assistant Professor, Department of CSE from 10.00AM – 12.00PM.

The program started with the introduction of a guest speaker by Mrs.D.Elizabeth Paulsyah. During this session, the guest speaker explained the concept of how Technical Innovation helps us to grow business. Mainly Leveraging Emerging Technologies like Adoption of AI, machine learning, and automation to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency. Integration of Internet of Things (IoT) devices for real-time monitoring and data collection. Exploration of blockchain for secure transactions and transparency.

The focus is on Technologies like the Development of personalized digital solutions using data analytics. Implementation of omnichannel platforms to provide seamless customer interaction. Utilizing chatbots and voice assistants for 24/7 customer support. Streamlining workflows through cloud computing and SaaS platforms. Introducing robotic process automation (RPA) for repetitive tasks. Using predictive analytics for inventory management and demand forecasting.Utilizing digital marketing tools like SEO, SEM, and social media analytics. Through this program, participants showed keen interest in the concepts, and opportunities and gave satisfactory feedback at the end of the session.
