On 24.02.2025 a session on “Driving Entrepreneurial Growth through Innovative Strategies” was organized by the Entrepreneurship Development Cell and IIC in association with the Department of Computer Science and Engineering. This session was handled by Dr. G. Aravind Swaminathan, Assistant Professor, Head of the Department of CSE, FXEC. Fifty two students from first year CSE B participated in the program. The program was coordinated by Ms. M. Keerthana, Assistant Professor, Department of English, CSE from 9.30AM to 12.30PM.

The program started with the introduction of the guest speaker. The seminar aimed to educate students on the significance of entrepreneurship and how innovative strategies can lead to business success. The session emphasized the dynamic role of entrepreneurs in economic development and job creation, highlighting the need for creativity, problem-solving skills, and adaptability in today’s competitive market.

The resource person illustrated with real-life examples from the local community, showcasing successful entrepreneurs who started small but grew their businesses through innovative thinking and perseverance. These examples helped students to understand how local market challenges can be transformed into opportunities with the right strategies. The discussion also covered key entrepreneurial traits, such as risk-taking, resilience, and continuous learning, which are crucial for business growth.

The session inspired students to explore entrepreneurship as a viable career path and encouraged them to develop innovative solutions to address local problems. Overall, the seminar was an enlightening experience that provided students with practical knowledge and motivation to think creatively and embrace entrepreneurship in their future endeavours. Overall, the seminar inspired students to see innovation and entrepreneurship as great opportunities for personal success and contributing to society, giving them the confidence to succeed in a fast-changing world. Through this program, participants showed keen interest in the concepts, methodologies and gave satisfactory feedback at the end of the session.
