Earn While Learn through Engineering Skills

On 7.5.2024 a session on "Earn While Learn through Engineering Skills " was organized by the Entrepreneurship Development Cell and IIC in association with the Department of AI&DS. The session was handled by the resource person Mrs.A.Anitha, AP/CSBS, Francis Xavier Engineering College. 67 students from first year AI&DS and one faculty participated in the program. The program was coordinated by Mrs.P.Sooriabrabha, Assistant Professor, Department of AI&DS from 1.30 PM – 4.00 PM.

The program started with the introduction of guest speaker by Mrs.P.Sooriabrabha. The speaker explained the business opportunities available to the students to earn while learn. The speaker gave lot of live examples which inspires the participants. Through this initiative, students engage in engineering projects that not only enhance their academic knowledge but also provide opportunities for income generation. By collaborating with industry partners, students tackle practical challenges, develop problem-solving skills, and gain valuable experience while earning income. This program fosters a culture of entrepreneurship and innovation, empowering students to apply their engineering skills in a meaningful way while still pursuing their education. This model not only enriches the learning experience but also equips students with the tools and mindset necessary for success in the competitive job market.
