Enhancing the Entrepreneurial Skillset of the Budding Engineers

On 21st September, 2022 an Expert Talk on “Enhancing the Entrepreneurial Skillset of the Budding Engineers” was organized by Entrepreneurship Development Cell & IIC in association with the Department of Mechanical Engineering at 01:30 pm to 04.30 pm. Dr.R.K.A.Bhalaji, AP/Mech coordinated the program. Dr.S.Balakrishnan, Assistant Professor, Department of Mechanical Engineering, FXEC was the resource person. 41 students and 1 staff participated in the program. The resource person discussed about the need for entrepreneurial skills and how it helps the entrepreneurs to succeed in his venture. The speaker gave examples from the successful Indian entrepreneurs. He stressed the need for planning and the decision making to deliver things and to stay safe in the market and to succeed in the venture. He also highlighted the need for introducing innovation in all the activities connected to the business
