Entrepreneurs are Independent Minded Innovative People

On 19th September, 2022 an expert talk on “Entrepreneurs are Independent Minded Innovative People – A Discussion” was organized by Entrepreneurship Development Cell & Institution’s Innovation Council in association with the Department of Mechanical Engineering at 9.30 am- 12.30 pm. Dr.S.Balakrishnan, AP/Mech inaugurated the session with welcome address. Dr.R.K.A.Bhalaji, Assistant Professor, Department of Mechanical Engineering, FXEC was the resource person. 40 students and 1 staff member participated in the program. Firstly the resource person discussed about the risk involved in entrepreneurship, and he also highlighted the importance of innovation to sustain the entrepreneurial venture. He said that starting and running a business is the best way to display the commitment and desire one person is having to excel in his career. Additionally he told about why we need to become an entrepreneur because of this reason such as freedom, changing the world, progress, social mobility, creative destruction and creating a better future. As well as he explained the entrepreneurial process of effectuation & causation used by expert entrepreneurs. Finally the resource person shared lot of ideas as per current trends with new meaning & create new concept with new innovation.
