On 10.10.2022 Entrepreneurship Development Cell and IIC in association with the Department of Master of Business Administration organized an expert talk on “ENTREPRENEURSHIP MINDSET”. The Session was handled by Mr.Lakshman Babu, Cofounder & Director, TechGenzi Pvt Ltd, Bangalore from 2.30 PM – 4.30 PM. Mr.Selvakumar, Assistant Professor coordinated the program. 55 students and 2 staff members participated in the program.
The speaker explained the role of entrepreneur and entrepreneurship in the economy of a nation. As the participants are MBA students, he stressed the students to opt for entrepreneurship as the career choice. Moreover, he listed the entrepreneurial traits one must have in order to excel in the entrepreneurial venture. He said that students must acquire entrepreneurial skills to enter into entrepreneurship. Furthermore, the adaptability of ever-changing mindset for improving the existing processes of enterprises, and enhance the efficiency of the organization is also an additional important aspect for the entrepreneur to thrive in his venture. The session was highly informative and thought provoking and all the students and staff interacted with the guest speaker and gathered more information.
