Expert Talk on Connecting Technology with Entrepreneurship

On 8th of May 2023, Entrepreneurship Development Cell and IIC in association with the Department of IT organized an expert talk on the title "EXPERT TALK ON CONNECTING TECHNOLOGY WITH ENTREPRENEURSHIP". The session was handled by Mr. Sabari Arumugam, I MBA, an accomplished entrepreneur and tech enthusiast, Francis Xavier Engineering college. 64 students from First year IT and 2 faculties of IT department participated in the program. The program was coordinated by Mrs. M. Yasmin Nirosha, Assistant professor, Department of IT from 1.30 – 3.30 P.M

The resource person explained the role of the technology in the development of entrepreneurship. He highlighted some of the recent development technologies like artificial intelligence, machine leaning data science etc. He pointed out that technological advancements have revolutionized the way businesses operate and that entrepreneurs who are able to leverage technology to their advantage are the ones who will succeed in the long run. The speaker also emphasized the need for entrepreneurs to be innovative and adaptive when it comes to technology. He noted that technology is constantly evolving, and entrepreneurs must be able to keep up with the latest trends and developments if they want to stay ahead of the curve. One of the key points that emphasized during his talk was the importance of data analytics. He explained that data analytics is a powerful tool that can help entrepreneurs gain valuable insights into their customers, their market, and their competition.
