Exposure Visit to Thrive Infotech

The Department of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science in association with Entrepreneurship Development cell and IIC organised exposure Visit to Thrive Infotech, Theni for the second year Artificial Intelligence and Data Science students on 16.4.2024. 40 students and 2 staff members participated in the exposure visit. Once the students entered the campus the general instruction were provided by the Managing Director, Mr.Rajkumar Thangamani.

The Managing Director, Mr.Rajkumar Thangamani, Thrive Infotech welcomed the students and explained about the Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning. The Managing Director Thrive Infotech discussed about the different types of learning algorithm and network training models. During the visit, the students had the opportunity to gain insights into the latest technologies, practices and innovations in the field of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science as applied in the industrial context. During the session the students were actively engaged in discussions, demonstrations and hands –on activities facilitated by the professionals at Thrive Infotech. During this “Exposure Visit” students had an opportunity to familiarize themselves in Artificial Intelligence and the latest development in the technology. This visit was convened by Dr.A. Anitha Head of the Department of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science. Mrs. P.Sooriabrabha, AP/AI&DS and Ms.S.Angel AP/AI&DS were the Coordinators for this exposure visit.
