The Department of MCA organized a meaningful Extension Activity titled “Rehabilitation Centre Visit” on 1st December 2025, highlighting the spirit of service and social responsibility among students. As part of the outreach initiative, MCA students visited a rehabilitation centre and distributed 70 briyani parcels to the inmates.
The food packets were entirely funded by the first-year MCA students, showcasing their compassion and willingness to contribute towards the welfare of society. Adding greater impact to the event, the final-year MCA students took a proactive step by distributing food to roadside homeless individuals, extending care beyond institutional boundaries.
The students personally interacted with the beneficiaries, spreading warmth, kindness, and dignity through their actions. The programme witnessed enthusiastic participation from MCA students, who actively coordinated fundraising, food arrangements, and distribution. The activity not only brought smiles to many faces but also instilled values of empathy, teamwork, leadership, and ethical responsibility among the students.
