With the motive to empower the faculty members of Francis Xavier Engineering College, the Internal Quality Assurance Cell in association with the Department of MCA jointly organized a Faculty Development Programme on 2nd Dec 2022. The meeting was inaugurated by General Manager Development Dr. K. Jeyakumar. The resource person Mrs. Rajavalli Rajiv, Social Entrepreneur enthusiastically delivered her motivational speech. She made the faculty members to actively participate in the transformation session. Faculties were guided to regularize their habitual activities on daily basis with the help of the tracker. Faculties members happily participated in the FDP and analyzed the mantra behind power of their habits. Dr. L. R Priya, IQAC head and Mrs. D. Angeline Ranjithamani HOD-MCA coordinated this event successfully.
