FXDoMS organized a Foundation Skill Training on Interpersonal Skills Development. The program was held on 9th and 10th September 2024 at the MBA Seminar Hall, with the objective of enhancing students' interpersonal communication and collaboration abilities, critical for their professional and personal growth. The two-day session, led by Mr. Marcus Dare, was designed to enhance students' interpersonal skills, which are crucial for effective communication and collaboration in professional environments. The training covered essential aspects of interpersonal skills such as active listening, empathy, teamwork, conflict resolution, and emotional intelligence. The resource person employed a mix of practical exercises, group activities, and role-playing scenarios to engage students in real-time learning experiences. This allowed the participants to practice their interpersonal skills in simulated environments, enhancing their understanding of how these skills can be applied in both personal and corporate settings. Emphasis was placed on peer-to-peer interactions, where students worked in groups to discuss various interpersonal challenges and solutions. Constructive feedback was provided by the trainer, encouraging continuous improvement in the students' approach to communication and collaboration.
