The Department of Mechanical Engineering of FXEC signed a MoU with ATC Tyres Pvt Ltd

The Department of Mechanical Engineering of Francis Xavier Engineering College, an Autonomous Institute, in Tirunelveli signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the leading tyre manufacturing industry YOHT –TN plant (ATC Tyres Pvt Ltd), Gangaikondan, Tirunelveli on 20th September 2021 in the presence of Mr.C.Arun Babu, Managing Director, SCAD Group of Institutions, and Mr.PN. Rajendran, Plant head of YOHT – TN plant. The signing ceremony was observered by industrial representatives – Mr.R.Srinivasa Raghavan, VP, Manufacturing Head, Mr.R.Senthil, DGM – HR & IR, Mr.Bhavan Kumar, AGM – CI & Business Excellence and Dr.K.Jeyakumar, GMD – SCAD Group of Institutions, Dr.V.Velmurugan, Principal – FXEC, Mr.D.P.Rufus, Head of the Department. The MOU is intended to recognize the general basis for a cooperative and collaborative working relationship between the institute and the industry. The primary objective of this MOU is to make the student benefitted by getting industrial exposure.
