The Department of MCA organized a guest lecture for I MCA students on November 27th, 2024. Dr. D. Louisa Mary, Assistant Professor from the Department of Computer Science at Sadakathulla Appa College, Tirunelveli, delivered an engaging session on “Object-Oriented Software Engineering.” Mrs. D. Angeline Ranjithamani, Head of the Department at Francis Xavier Engineering College, introduced the speaker.
Dr. Louisa Mary provided a comprehensive overview of object-oriented software engineering, emphasizing the use of UML diagram tools and their application across various frameworks and domains. She highlighted current trends in software engineering, stressing practical implementations in real-world testing scenarios.
