The Department of Computer Science and Engineering organized a Guest Lecture on EMERGING TRENDS IN CLOUD SECURITY AND SERVICES for First year students on FEB 3, 2026. The event featured Ms.VALLI,AP/CSE,JP COLLEGE OF ENGG AND TECHNOLOGY, as the resource person. During the session, MS.VALLI discussed the current trends in the Cloud services and cloud security,identifying he guest lecture on Emerging Trends in Cloud Security and Services was organized to enhance students’ understanding of modern cloud computing environments.

The session focused on the growing importance of securing cloud infrastructure in today’s digital era.The resource person explained the fundamentals of cloud computing and its service models such as IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.

Key challenges in cloud security, including data breaches and unauthorized access, were discussed.The lecture highlighted recent advancements in cloud security technologies.Topics such as identity and access management were clearly explained.
