Guest Lecture on Entrepreneurial Mindset: Blending Domain Knowledge, Human Resource and Technology for Success

The Department of Computer Science and Engineering organized a guest lecture on " Entrepreneurial Mindset: Blending Domain Knowledge, Human Resource and Technology for Success " on 2nd February, 2025, for the 1st Year CSE students. The session was led by Er. Dharshini M, Infosmite Edutech LLP, Founder. The event began with a warm welcome and introduction by Dr. E. Manohar. Dr. Tino Merlin, honoured the resource person.

During the lecture, Er. Dharshini M shared insights about innovative thinking. She taught about the difference between business and entrepreneurship. She taught about patent and the importance of patent in entrepreneurship. She explained about recruitment process, training and internship and the expectation of companies towards employees. She displayed her achievements and the opportunities in IIC. The session concluded with a lively Q&A session. Dr. E. Manohar delivered the vote of thanks and coordinated the event.
