Our Department of MCA has organized a guest Lecture for II MCA Students on 3rd October 2024. Dr. E. Manohar , Department of CSE, Associate Professor, Francis Xavier Engineering College, Tirunelveli has delivered a Lecture On” Test Driven Development”.
Mrs. D. Angeline Ranjithamani, the Head of the Department at Francis Xavier Engineering College, introduced the chief guest, Dr. E. Manohar, to the students. Dr. Manohar gave an informative session on Test-Driven Development (TDD), offering a concise overview of the concept. He highlighted the latest trends in software testing, focusing on the tools commonly used in TDD and how these tools can help students improve their understanding and skills in testing. Dr. Manohar also emphasized the practical application of testing tools within different frameworks and domains, giving students valuable insights into the real-world implementation of testing techniques. His talk encouraged students to deepen their knowledge of testing methods, particularly in the context of emerging technologies and industry practices. The session was both educational and motivating, guiding students on how to stay current with testing advancements.
