On 9.6.2022 a guest talk was organised by the Entrepreneurship Development Cell and Institution lnnovation Council in association with the Department of Computer Applications on the topic "Opportunities for Students and Faculties - Early Stage Entrepreneurs”. The session was handled by Mr.N.Arunachalam, Proprietor, ACME Infotek, Tirunelveli. The Guest Talk was organized for the MCA staff and students. from 2.00 pm - 4.00 pm.
The resource person explained the various business opportunities available to the students and faculties working in the higher educational institutions. As the participants are MCA students the guest also gave lot of examples for the business opportunities like such as social media management, content creation, freelancer, animation and video creation. He insisted the students to be open minded to new ideas and asked the students to develop home automation devices or to develop mobile apps for the business establishments. He also underlined the government support to the entrepreneurs to develop the startups.
60 students and 2 faculties were actively participated in the session. All the students were benefited by the guest talk. The interaction between the students and the resource person was highly motivated.
