Hr Conclave 2022

The learning and experience is greatly enhanced when the academic rigor in classrooms is supported by different forms of active learning. To impart active learning to students, the Department of Management studies organized an HR Conclave 2022 in MBA Conference Hall on 12th November 2022. Mrs. Suchithra Shunmugasundaram, Human Resource Manager at In2 Computing, Malini Velan, Management Associate and HR at DigiNadu and Roshini Banu, Assistant System Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services were the resource persons for the event. Mrs. Thanalakshmi AP/MBA welcomed the gathering and Mr. J.Janaki Ram, of II MBA introduced and explained the HR Conclave event and its benefits. Mr. Suresh Babu and Mr. Anandha Krishan of I MBA introduced the resource persons. The resource persons shared their thoughts and their career experience with the students. Mrs. Suchithra stated a point that think and speak what your mind says and clearly explained about visualising and delivering through verbal. She spoke about the importance of sourcing platforms that most of the recruiters use such as LinkedIn and insisted every student to update their profile often in it. Mrs.Malini Velan spoke about the importance of ambition and passion which helped her to enter in the field of Human resource and gave a clear explanation about the various functions of HR with respect to the organisation she works. Mrs.Roshini Banu elucidated the importance of expressing the thoughts and standing unique among the group and also provided some insights about the modern day resume structure that is currently being followed by various organisations. During the discussion Session, I, II MBA and I MCA students clarified their doubts with the resource persons regarding their career goal and perspective. The session came to an end with a vote of thanks by Ms. Sivashanthini. K of II year MBA.
