The IdeaHack – Creative Coding Hackathon was successfully conducted on 27-01-2026 as an association event organized by the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Francis Xavier Engineering College. The event was guided by Ms. Agnesh Joshy, Assistant Professor/IT, who motivated students to apply innovative coding skills to real-world problems. The hackathon focused on the problem statement “BloodConnect – Emergency Blood Donor Finder,” encouraging solutions for social impact. Students actively participated and showcased creative and technical excellence. Ramkrishnan secured the First Prize, while Sam Joshua won the Second Prize. The event was coordinated by Dr. E. Manohar, with overall guidance from Dr. Y. Harold Robinson, HOD/CSE.
