On behalf of MCA Department, DAWN association, the two faculties are visited two software companies at tirunelveli Nellai systems and Touch Logic Technologies on 12.05.2023.The main objective of the visit was to gain insights into the operations, new technologies and skills of these companies.
Nellai Systems is a Software development and IT solutions company located in Tirunelveli. The HR team gave a cordial welcome to the visitor and then gave them a rundown of the company's goods and services. The team leader gave an explanation of how software is developed and what technologies were applied to their projects. Additionally, they discuss the specialisations of Angular, PHP, Dot Net, and web developers. For the recruitments, he seeks students who are well-known in Angular. Additionally, he describes the internship process as being fruitful. He promised to talk to the MD and explain the MOU process.
Technologies Touch Logic Mr. Bala Alagu Raja Hr. in Tirunelveli gave us a warm welcome. He described the advantages and technologies that were unique to this company. He discusses the specialised expertise Symphoni, PHP, and Assure utilise in their business. Additionally, they use their own marketing team to promote their goods. We inquired about recruitment efforts and the procedure for student internships. We inquired as to whether you will be providing my students with skill-related training. He spoke with us and the CEO on how to train people in productive ways. He promised to address the MOU procedure with the CEO.
