On October 25, 2024, the MCA Department organized an enriching industrial visit to SRISHTI INNOVATIVE in Trivandrum. SRISHTI INNOVATIVE, renowned for its capabilities in comprehensive software development and data preparation services, offered a unique learning experience for the 46 students and two faculty members in attendance. This insightful visit was coordinated by Mrs. D. Angeline Ranjithamani, Head of the Department.
The team reached SRISHTI INNOVATIVE at 10:30 AM and was captivated by the innovative workspaces and vibrant company culture. A key feature of the visit was an orientation session led by Ms. Akhila, a Talent Acquisition Specialist, who generously shared her industry insights. She advised students on the value of gaining hands-on experience in startup environments and emphasized the importance of staying updated with evolving technologies. Ms. Akhila also highlighted essential skills for personal and professional growth, such as team coordination, taking initiative, self-introduction skills, active listening, and creative thinking.
In addition, she encouraged students to explore free online learning resources to supplement their knowledge. An interactive session followed, allowing students to address their questions and gain a deeper understanding of industry expectations. The visit left students inspired and motivated, ready to pursue careers in digital transformation with creativity and determination.
The industrial visit was accompanied by faculty members Mrs. K. Dhamayanthi, AP/MCA, and Mrs. J. Anciline Jenifer, AP/MCA, who joined the students for this enriching experience.
