Innovation in the New Emerging Technologies

On 29.11.2023 a session on “Innovation in the New Emerging Technologies” was organized by the Entrepreneurship Development Cell and IIC in association with the Department of AI&DS. The session was handled by the resource person Ms.R.Jothjeyashree AP/AI&DS, Francis Xavier Engineering College. 60 students from first year AI&DS and 1 faculty of AI&DS department participated in the program. The program was coordinated by Mrs.P.Sooriabrabha, Assistant Professor, Department of AI&DS from 1.30PM –4PM.

The program started with the introduction of guest speaker by Mrs.P.Sooriabrabha. The resource person discussed about latest innovations in emerging technologies and their impact on various industries. As technology continues to evolve rapidly, businesses and individuals are constantly adapting to stay competitive. This report focuses on key areas of innovation, including artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain, Internet of Things (IoT), 5G, and quantum computing. The convergence of AI, blockchain, IoT, 5G, and quantum computing is reshaping the way businesses operate and deliver services. Staying abreast of these technological developments is crucial for organizations looking to remain competitive and capitalize on the opportunities presented by the ever-evolving digital landscape. As these technologies continue to mature, further breakthroughs are expected, opening new possibilities and transforming the way we live and work. The participants understood innovation in emerging technologies is driving significant advancements across various industries. At the end of the session feedback was collected from the participants.
