Commemorating International Day of Yoga, Yoga Awareness and Demonstration was organized at FXEC on 21.6.2023. Mr. Alegasa Raja, Yoga Master, FX School was the resource person. Dr. V. Velmurugan, Principal Francis Xavier Engineering College, delivered the Presidential Address The resouce person talked on the benefits of performing Yoga and demonstrated few Yoga poses to support the students live a healthy life.
