On 22.08.2025 a session was organized on the title “Intra Institutional Idea Hackathon” by the Entrepreneurship Development Cell and Institution’s Innovation Council in association with the Computer Science and Engineering department. The jury members were Dr. Harold Robinson, Prof/CSE and Mrs. M. Yasmin, AP/CSBS. A total of 16 teams 88 students participated in the event. This event was coordinated by Ms. M. Keerthana, Assistant Professor, Department of English, Francis Xavier Engineering College.
The intra-Institution idea hackathon conducted at Francis Xavier Engineering College brought together a vibrant group of innovators, with 16 unique teams with 88 students actively participating. Each team, consisting of six members, showcased their technical creativity and problem-solving abilities on a variety of socially relevant and technologically advanced topics. The event was designed to encourage students to develop prototypes and solutions addressing real-world issues, while also fostering teamwork, innovation, and competitive spirit in a professional setting.
