Journey of an Entrepreneur: Sharing of Success

On 26.02.2024 Guest Lecture on "Journey of an Entrepreneur: Sharing of Success" was organized by the Entrepreneurship Development Cell of Management Studies department and IIC through offline mode. The session was handled by Mr.Phinehas Rathinam, Alumni of FXDOMS Batch(2014-2016), Managing Director Siragugal Sports & Wear, Tirunelveli from 09.30 AM- 12.30 PM on 26.02.24. 51 students and one faculty participated in the program.

The session started with the welcome address and introduced the guest. The guest speaker began the session with his success story. Then he started to give more innovative ideas for business and mentioned about the consistency in business thoroughly. Consistency is the keystone to success then he explained his entrepreneurial journey. Then he told about struggles he faced during Covid-19 and the steps the he took to overcome from it. He explained about his current venture and what were the strategies he followed to build a loyal customer base. Then he told about current projects of his business and the opportunities in the current business and he gave a detailed report of how to plan a business in our locality. Students shared their ideas and got more positive solution. The session was a useful and motivational session for students.
