Motivational Talk by Student Entrepreneur

The Entrepreneurship Development Cell and IIC in association with the Department of Civil Engineering organized a session on "Motivational talk by student entrepreneur" on 10th May, 2023 under the activity code ACT/22-23/01487. The resource person for the motivational talk was Mr. Madesh, II year Civil, Founder of SMP Construction, VM Chatram, Tirunelveli who gave a note on personal experiences and the hurdles he faced before starting the firm. He highlighted the entrepreneurial opportunities which are available to the civil engineering students and explained the skills which are required to manage the startups. He enumerated live examples which inspired the participants to gain more knowledge about entrepreneurial skills. A total of 45 civil engineering students from I and II year participated in the program. The session was coordinated by Mrs. P. Raja Priya, AP/Civil, FXEC.
