“National Youth Day” Youth for a Sustainable Future: Shaping the Nation with Resilience and Responsibility

On 11.01.2025 a session on "National Youth Day” Youth for a Sustainable Future: Shaping the Nation with Resilience and Responsibility was organized by the Entrepreneurship Development Cell and IIC in association with the Department of AI&ML. This session was handled by Mrs.A.Jainul Fathima HOD/AIML, Francis Xavier Engineering College. Forty seven students from first year AI&ML and one faculty of AI&ML department participated in the program. The program was coordinated by Mrs.P.Sujitha, Assistant Professor, Department of AI&ML from 11.10 AM – 12.30 PM.

A seminar on National Youth Day was conducted for students to inspire and empower the younger generation. The event focused on the significance of youth in shaping the nation's future, emphasizing the values and teachings of Swami Vivekananda, whose birth anniversary is celebrated as National Youth Day. The seminar was attended by students, teachers, and faculty members, all eager to gain insights into the role of youth in nation-building. The resource person provided valuable knowledge and motivation to the students. The speaker highlighted the importance of hard work, perseverance, and self-confidence in achieving success. Various thought-provoking discussions were held on leadership, responsibility, and social contribution. The students actively participated in the seminar, asking questions and sharing their views on how they can contribute positively to society.
