NURTURING ENTREPRENEURIAL MINDSET: FROM IDEA TO IMPACT

On 12.4.2024 a seminar on "Nurturing Entrepreneurial Mindset: From Idea to Impact " was organized by the Entrepreneurship Development Cell and IIC in association with the Department of Computer Science and Engineering. The session was handled by Mr.M.Praveen, Final year, Computer Science and Engineering, Francis Xavier Engineering College, Tirunelveli from 1.30 PM - 4.00PM. 40 students and 2 faculties participated. This event was coordinated by B.Divyapriya AP/CSE. This event was conducted with the guidance of Dr.Lourdes Poobala Rayen, EDC Director.

The program started with the welcome address by B.Divyapriya, AP/CSE, Francis Xavier Engineering College. The speaker said, today, I stand before you to discuss a journey that is not just about business, but about passion, perseverance, and making a difference in the life. It's about nurturing an entrepreneurial mindset and transforming ideas into impactful realities. Entrepreneurship is more than just starting a business; it's a mindset—a way of thinking that embraces challenges as opportunities and turns dreams into tangible outcomes. From the inception of an idea to its ultimate impact, every step of this journey is marked by creativity, resilience, and strategic vision. Let's embark on this journey together, starting with the seed of an idea. Ideas are the sparks that ignite innovation. They can come from anywhere—our experiences, observations, or simply from a desire to solve a problem.

The next crucial step is market research. Understanding our target audience, analyzing market trends and assessing the competitive landscape are essential for validating our ideas and refining them into viable opportunities. With a solid foundation in place, it's time to craft a business plan—a roadmap that outlines our goals, strategies, and key milestones.
