Pongal Celebration CSE Department 2021

PONGAL is one of the most popula r harvest festival of South India  mainly Tamil Nadu  The Department of Computer Science and Engineering celebrated the Harvest Festivals PONGAL on 13 01 2021 The Department students and staff joined together and prepared pongal in the auditorium  Celebrations include drawing of Kolam  swinging   cooking of delicious Pongal  We celebrated PONGAL in a traditional way by preparing    PONGAL    in mud pot with all religious traits and performed special Pooja   All members in Dhoties and Sarees depicted our cultural way of dressing  Some competitions were also conducted to rise the spirit of PONGAL celebration   Our Computer Science and Department achieved BEST PONGAL PREPARATION AWARD in Francis Xavier Engineering College
