Presentation of Innovative Ideas

On 19th April 2023 Entrepreneurship Development Cell and IIC in association with Department of Civil Engineering organized a session on “Presentation of Innovative Ideas”. 7 batches consisting of 40 students from various institutions participated in this Innovation Competition. The session was coordinated by Mrs. P. Raja Priya, Assistant Professor, Department of civil engineering, FXEC.

A problem statement “Water clogging in metropolitan cities” was given to the students and they were asked to come up with the ideas to provide solution for the above problem. The student innovators introduced their innovative ideas and explained the process through which it could be developed. The juries addressed the students and discussed about their developed ideas. The discussion evoked good response among the participants and presented their ideas spontaneously. In fact, it was a good exercise for all the participants and almost all the participants discussed their ideas and various solutions emerged through the discussion. At the end of the session the students gave feedback and expressed satisfaction about the program.
