Product Display Cum Sale Expo

On 18.5.2024 “Product Display Cum Sale Expo – Me and My Product 2024” was organized by the Entrepreneurship Development Cell of the Management Studies Department and IIC through offline mode. Francis Xavier Engineering College Students of I MBA exhibited their own products. The session was organized by Dr.V.M.Sangeetha, Assistant Professor, Department of Management Studies, Francis Xavier Engineering College, Vannarpettai from 09.30 AM- 4.30 PM on 17.05.24. 54 students and four faculty members participated.

The program was inaugurated by Dr.Velmurugan, Principal .Francis Xavier Engineering College, Vannarpettai. In the MBA Seminar Hall, Students displayed their products. Students were segmented into two categories. One sort of students displayed their entrepreneurial skills with their products like Craftworks, Paintings, Palm arts, Flower works, Photo Corner, Food and Beverages and another category of students displayed trading products like readymade garments, stationeries, imitation jewelries, women accessories and food and beverages. Dr.Lourdes Poobala Rayen, EDC Director and IIC President evaluated the entrepreneurial and trading skills of the students. Students presented their ideas through their products and also explained their marketing strategies and competitive analysis to the jury.

Students, faculties and administrative staff of Francis Xavier Engineering College participated and bought the products displayed in the expo. Students promoted their products by displaying their social media accounts also. Finally at the valedictory session, prize winners were announced. Miss Thaamini, Student of I MBA got First Prize in the Me and My product category and Miss Pavithra and Harini of I year students got I Prize for Sales Expo Category.
