Recent Trends in Information Communication Technologies

Programme Details:

The Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Francis Xavier Engineering College conducted AICTE Sponsored International Conference on Recent Trends in Information Communication Technologies – 2020 in association with CSI Student Branch. Dr. G. Aravind Swaminathan, gave the welcome address. Dr. R. Ravi, gave the key note address. He talked about IOT & Data Science. Dr. G. Rajkumar, COE, Francis Xavier Engineering College gave the Chief Guest address. Prof. P. Brundha, HOD-CSE gave her inaugural address and she gave an overall view about the conference. The paper presentation was conducted in three google meet venues. Totally 68 papers were received and 58 papers got selected for the presentation. Dr. G. Aravind Swaminathan and Dr. E. Manohar shared the conference chair for the venue 1 and Dr. R. Ravi and Dr. Tino Merlin shared the conference chair for venue 2 and Dr. S. Balaji and Dr. Yesubai Rubavathi shared the conference chair for the Venue 3. The conference ended with the valedictory function, Dr. G. Aravind Swaminatha coordinated the validactory function. Dr. R. Ravi gave a summary about the conference. Dr. G. Aravind Swaminathan gave the vote of thanks. Some students shared their feedback and they also thanked the conference organisers for the arrangements. The conference was coordinated by Dr. E. Manohar and Dr. R. Ravi, under the guidance of Prof. P. Brundha, HOD-CSE, Dr. V. Velmurugan, Principal, Francis Xavier Engineering College, Dr. K. Jeyakumar, General Manager Development, SCAD Group and Er. C.
