Report for EDC Meeting

On 14.12.2022 centre for Entrepreneurship Development organized a meeting for EDC Coordinator of all department to scale new heights. The Session started by the welcome address of Dr. Lourdes Poobala Rayen, EDC director and IIC president, Francis Xavier Engineering College. The program was coordinated by Dr. R Prem Ananth, IIC Convener, Assistant professor, Francis Xavier Engineering College from 02.30 PM - 04.00 PM.

The minutes of the meeting were

• Confirm the heading and Levels with IIC President before preparing the poster for any EDC activity.
• Once the poster is ready, kindly get corrections with IIC President before posting in social media.
• Activity Code is Must.
• Along with Activity Code sheet take printout of the poster and get signed from IIC President and then apply for Activity Code.
• After conducting the program, the report should reach the IIC president without any delay of next day evening.
• Avoid technology based heading (To Avoid Negative Score).
• Issue certificate to all the students once the program is over.
• Avoid Vacant benches while taking Photographs.
• Cover the entire students along with resource persons.
• While Submitting the report Kindly submit more photos.
